On Flickr, you have to upload the images from your device to your Flickr business relationship. Usually it's easiest to simply use your fill-in files to upload to Flickr.

If you lot don't take any backups, you'll need to download them from Google and then upload them to Flickr. Before y'all upload again, take some time to make independent backups on DVDs or hard drives, or even hardcopy prints.

I take all my photos saved in Google Photos on my iPad.

At the acme of this page, tin you see a white cloud with a black arrow? Can yous see that same icon on your iPad?

Likewise, how many photos are we talking nigh? If you've got a lot, the Flickr app can (I think) exist gear up to upload everything.

If you check the app settings, you may (here's where I get vague) be able to select which folders you desire to upload from. Some people have been very surprised when *everything* was uploaded by the app. I don't know plenty about the settings to walk you through that.

I take found merely 121 photos, all of which are already on Flickr. Virtually 600 photos are on Google Photo.

Here's what I can find about how to retrieve them

Yous can download everything via www.google.com/settings/takeout

Click the blue Create an archive button
Uncheck the Select all checkbox to uncheck everything, and then check just the Google Photos box.
You can click on Edit on this line, just the default is to download all your albums.
Click the carmine Create Annal push.
Wait

Yous'll receive e-mail when the archive is prepared and you lot'll then exist able to download this archive.

You can use either the Photographic camera Roll or the Organizer to check for duplicates if you recollect there may be some.

Jumping in late here, but past "annal", do you hateful you now have the photos on your computer? If so, you can apply this FAQ topic to help you get them up to Flickr:
